A solid-phase oxidant is used for modifying a surface structure of the carbon nano-tubes, so that the specific surface area and hydrophilic nature of the carbon nano-tubes are remarkably improved, and the hydrophobic property of the carbon nano-tubes and the dispersion performance of the carbon nano-tubes in an aqueous solution are improved; and the adsorbent can be conveniently and quickly separated and recovered by a magnetic separation technology, so that secondary environmental pollution is avoided. In addition, raw materials are readily available, the preparation process is simple and low in cost, and is suitable for continuous large-scale batch production, and conditions are easy to control.

The method is characterized by comprising the steps that the large granular urea with the diameter of 2-5 mm is put into a coating device, the urea rolls in the coating device and is heated to be 80-100 DEG C, chitosan-polyving akohol coating fluid is sprayed to the surface of the urea, the water-retaining agent of the grain size of 0.075 mm is added, epoxy chloropropane with the concentration of 0.5% is sprayed by a spraying gun with the intensity of pressure larger than or equal to 0.4 MPa for the surface cross-linking reaction, and finished fertilizers are obtained after drying is performed. The water retaining and slowly-releasing urea is simple in production process, low in investment cost, and easy in industrial production. No organic solvent is used in the production process, and secondary pollution caused by using organic solvents is avoided accordingly.

The method is implemented by the following steps that: a crosslinked chitosan / titanium dioxide nanometer hybridization material is prepared and then is added into the high-concentration dye wastewater, the reaction is continued for several hours under the illumination of an ultraviolet lamp, and then the dye wastewater is completely purified. The crosslinked chitosan / titanium dioxide nanometer hybridization material adopted in the method fully utilizes the excellent adsorbability of crosslinked chitosan and the excellent photocatalysis of titanium dioxide so as to perform hybridization and composition on the functional material with double performances of adsorption and photocatalysis and to realize purification and removal of the high-concentration dye wastewater; and in the process of continuous illumination, dye adsorbed on the surface of the hybridization material is slowly mineralized under the photocatalysis of the titanium dioxide, thereby realizing regeneration of the nanometer hybridization material. According to the invention, the raw materials are simple and easy to obtain, the preparation technology is simple, the conditions are easy to control, the cost is low, and thus the method is applicable to the continuous large-scale and volume production of the nanometer hybridization material.

In the biochemical polymerization reaction and mechanical physical movement process, the polluting factors rapidly generate the flocculation dissociation in the flow process, thus making the tiny microparticle impurities generate the agglomerate which is convenient for filtration, hydrophilic and insoluble and dewatering the pollutant to be sorted into dry matters. The invention has the advantages of low equipment investment, no waste liquid discharge and remarkable economic benefit. The processed water is used in cycle. The invention is applied to paper-making pulping, municipal wastewater and industrial wastewater process.
