Abstract

The nucleic acid extraction reagent comprises a sample treatment reagent, a nucleic acid adsorption rod and rinsing liquid. A to-be-detected sample and the extraction reagent are mixed according to a proportion of 1:1-1:10, and a solution obtained after 1min of water bath in hot water (about 60-100 DEG C) can bedirectly used for low-temperature nucleic acid amplification detecting after being transferred by a cellulose nucleic acid adsorption rod before rinsing.
