The method comprises the following steps: by virtue of the characteristics that in a sample, aluminumoxide is not dissolved in ferric trichloride and metal aluminum is easily dissolved in the ferric trichloride, leaching and dissolving the sample by using the ferric trichloride, filtering for eliminating interference of the aluminum oxide, then precipitating and separating a filtrate by using excessive sodium hydroxide strong alkali and performing other operations to eliminate influence of interfering element ions such as iron, calcium, magnesium and a small amount of titanium, and according to the content range of the metal aluminum in a synthetic slag-regulating agent, proposing a titrationmethod for replacing EDTA with fluorine salt so as to determinate the metal aluminum content.
