The method provided by the invention comprises the steps that straw is pulverized into segments, common inorganic strong acids such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sulfuric acid serve as solvent precipitants, with the purpose of exploring influences of various concentration gradients of monomer acids on the dissolution rate by means of a control variate method, the optimal acid solution and the opticalconcentration of the solution are found out, and then, influences of mixing of two acid solutions with the optimal concentrations and mixing of three acid solutions with the optimal concentrations onthe dissolution rate are explored; and 24 hours later after dissolving, a sodium hydroxide solution is added for performing neutralizing, then filtration operation is performed, and filtrate or blackpowder carbon materials are retained. The common strong acid solutions provided by the invention are low in cost and easy to obtain, the solutions after dissolution are neutralized through alkali, andthe obtained neutral filtrate does not pollute the environment and can be further concentrated to obtain solid waste residue which is convenient to treat; and in addition, the carbon materials obtained through carbonization can be applied to gas adsorption separation, and waste materials are fully utilized.
