Abstract

The method comprises the steps: dissolving hexose into alcohol, and carrying out a reaction at 70-130 DEG C for 0.25-12 h under the action of an acidic additive by taking the hydrophobic palladium / metal organic framework material as a catalyst and polymethylhydrosiloxane as a hydrogen donor, wherein theconcentration of hexose in alcohol is 0.2-10wt%, and the total quantity of Pd contained in the used hydrophobic palladium / metal organic framework material is 0.1-5mol% relative to hexose.
