Abstract

The process method includes thefollowing steps: adding the surfactant wastewater, water and an additive into a drug barrel and mixing uniformly to prepare an additive solution; crushing lump coal into surface coal of no more than 3mm through a crusher; adding the additive solution and pulverized coal to a raw material barrel and conducting ball milling to obtain original coal water slurry; conducting filtering and stabilizationtreatment on the original coal water slurry, then conducting strengthening shearing and homogenization and aging to obtain the finished coal water slurry and finally pumping the slurry into a slurrytank. The surfactant wastewater added can promote uniform dispersion of coal particles in the water and can also improve the hydrophilicity of the coal and the electrostatic repulsion between the coalparticles. The added surfactant wastewater has certain calorific value, so that the prepared coal water slurry has higher calorific value compared with the traditional coal slurry with the same concentration. Compared with the traditional production process, the process method can save more than 30% of groundwater and reduce the drug cost by about 10%.
