The method is short in reaction route, is free ofreagents, such astrimethylchlorosilane and highly-toxic p-toluenesulfonylhydrazide, and is relatively low in environmental pollution; and the synthesized intermediate III plays an important role in the synthesis of cholic acid drugs.
