Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a TiO2 / bauxite ore slag composite material adsorbent prepared by using high-sulfur bauxite ore slag as a raw material, belonging to thetechnical field of preparation of green environmental protection materials. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the steps of taking high-sulfur bauxite powder, acidifying with hydrochloric acid, then filtering under the condition of 323K and drying; dissolving TiCl4 solutions with different volumes in 40-50mL of 1 mol / L HCl solution in an ice water bath as a titanium source; enabling the dried ore slag to react with a TiCl4 solution for 10-12min under the acidic condition, then adding a (NH4)2SO4 solution, carrying out a reaction for 15-20min, enabling the water temperatureto be raised to 303 K, and carrying out the reaction for 1h; adjusting the pH value to 4-5 and continuously reacting for 1 h, filtering at 378 K, and drying for 8 h; after that, placing into a mufflefurnace and calcining for 3h at 600 DEG C (at a heating rate of 2.5DEG C / min) so as to obtain the TiO2 / bauxite ore slag composite adsorbent.
