Under the action of the magnetic field, the vibrating and stirring function is carried out to a smelting pool, and therefore the crystallization state of welding grains is changed, the grains are refined, and uniformity of the crystallization is improved. Crystallization crack and air hole sensitivity can be lowered, and welding quality is improved comprehensively. Luolun magnetic force can be generated for welding voltaic arc plasma to rotate the welding voltaic arc, change characteristics of the welding voltaic arc and affect shaping of the welding voltaic arc. Fastening parts such as bearings and bolts are used for fixing the additional magnetic field device to a welding gun, and therefore the whole additional magnetic field device can synchronously move with and rotate around the welding gun. Through motor driving and gear cooperating, the effect ofadditional system rotating around an axial is achieved, the rotating speed changing or variable speed rotation motion can be achieved.
