Abstract

The invention discloses a one-step method for preparation of a biocompatible oil-core microcapsule and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: lac is selected as a wrapping material, firstly an oily substance and absolute ethyl alcohol are mixed, and the lac is dissolved in the mixed solution; then a microfluidic device is utilized to emulsify the lac mixed solution into uniform-size microdroplets in water; with gradual diffusion of ethanol in the microdroplets into water, the solubility of the lac in the microdroplets is gradually reduced, then the lac is precipitated on the surfaces of the microdroplets and finally is cured to obtain the biocompatible oil-core microcapsule. The method and the application disclosed by the invention have the beneficial effects that one-step preparation of the biocompatible oil-core microcapsule is realized by adopting a microfluidic technology and using single emulsion as a template; the biocompatible oil-core microcapsule is simple in preparation process, high in wrapping efficiency, uniform in particle size and easy in mass production, has good biocompatibility, can wrap different oily substances and control release of theoily substances and have wide application value.
