Abstract

The present invention provides a microbial agent with a soil repair function. The microbial agent consists of two layers; the bottom layer is 10-12 parts by weight of polyacrylamide, 1-2 parts by weight of carrageenan, 5-6 parts by weight of sodium caseinate and 10-15 parts by weight of beta-cyclodextrin prepared gel strips; the upper layer is a medium; the specific composition is 1-4 parts of iron salt, 10-20 parts of a microbial medium and 30-50 parts of a nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium fertilizer; then bacillus mucilaginosus is inoculated on the medium; and the amount of the live bacillus mucilaginosus is larger than or equal to 10 billion / g. The iron salt activates the bacillus mucilaginosus; the outsides of the cell walls of the bacillus mucilaginosus can conduct chemical adsorption of cadmium ions to fix the cadmium ions; the bacillus mucilaginosus can reduce hexavalent cadmium ions easily absorbed by human body and having a toxic effect into trivalent cadmium ions not easily absorbed by the human body; while the design of the gel in the bottom layer fixes the growth environment of the bacillus which is not affected by daily water exchanging and water supplementing of aquatic crops such as rice. During the paddy rice planting in a mildly contaminated paddy field, the microbial agent can effectively reduce the cadmium content in rice which meets national food safety standards.
