Problems solved by technology

[0003] Traditional natural silage is mostly used in the current silage technology. During the fermentation process, it is often difficult for lactic acid bacteria to quickly form a dominant flora, and the pH value cannot be lowered in a short time; and the pre-fermentation period will be prolonged due to heat, and nutrients and energy will be lost. Pungent smell and poor palatability; the proliferation of mold and spoilage bacteria also makes the silage partially moldy and rotten

Embodiment 1

[0039] Example 1, Isolation, identification and performance measurement of Lactobacillus plantarum (Lactobacillus plantarum) WQ-01

[0040] 1. Isolation of strain WQ-01

[0041] A total of 105 strains were isolated from the surface of forage soybean, whole corn and sweet sorghum plants, and cultured under anaerobic conditions at 30°C for 2 days on MRS solid medium. Pick a single colony, culture each streak twice, then inoculate it on a nutrient liquid medium, and store it at -80°C for later use.

[0042] 2. Screening and identification of strain WQ-01

[0043] 1. Identification of physiological and biochemical characteristics

[0044] The invention identifies the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the isolated bacterial strains including: temperature, acid resistance and the like.

[0045] Temperature resistance test method: Inoculate the isolated strains into lactic acid bacteria liquid culture medium and place them in constant temperature refrigerators at 5°...

Embodiment 2

[0067] Embodiment 2, forage soybean and sweet sorghum mixed storage prepare silage

test approach I

[0069] The whole soybean plant for feed (bulging grain stage, water content 65%) and the whole sweet sorghum plant (milk ripening stage, water content 75%) are harvested on the same day. Before silage, forage soybeans and sweet sorghum were cut into 2cm lengths, mixed evenly according to the weight ratio of forage soybeans and sweet sorghum 1:9, and each bag weighed 20kg, while spraying lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus plantarum) WQ-01 bacterial powder (bacteria powder Activity is 10 11 cfu / g), the amount added is 10 per gram of fresh weight 6 cfu (cfu, colony forming unit). Then the silage was manually compacted, vacuum-sealed with polyethylene bags, 5 replicates per treatment group, protected from light and rodents, and stored at room temperature (15-30°C). After 60 days, the bag was opened to detect its nutritional quality and fermentation quality.

[0070] The results showed that the fermentation quality of 10% whole-plant soybean + 90% sweet sorghum mixed silage was...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a silage feed through mixed storage of soybeans and sugar grass for a feed. The method for preparing a soybean silage feed provided by the invention comprises the following steps of mixing silage feed raw materials with lactobacillus plantarum WQ-01 CGMCC No.13318, performing silage fermentation, and collecting all of fermentation products, so that the soybean silage feed is prepared. The silage raw materials are a mixture consisting of soybean whole plants and sugar grass whole plants. The method is reliable in process route, and simple to operate, on the basis that original nutrient components of the soybeans for the feed are reserved, a new way is provided for success of the soybean silage for the feed, sustainable development of animal industry is promoted, and the method has favorable practical value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of deep processing of agricultural products, in particular to a method for preparing silage by mixing fodder soybeans and sweet sorghum. Background technique [0002] Feed soybean is considered to be one of the promising silage raw materials in animal feed. It is rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, and also contains trace elements, amino acids and unknown factors required by animals. Therefore, feed soybean can be used as a High-quality roughage is used for animal feeding. However, due to the high buffer energy, low soluble sugar and dry matter in forage soybeans, it is easy to cause silage failure and produce unpleasant odor. Sweet sorghum is rich in sugar, which is good for silage fermentation, but the content of nutrients such as crude protein is low, and the feeding value is not high. [0003] Traditional natural silage is mostly used in the current silage technology. During the fermentation process, it is o...
