The low-chrome wear-resistant alloy steel comprises, by weight, 0.25 to 0.35% of carbon, 0.6 to 1.5% of silicon, 0.8to 1.3% of manganese, phosphor<0.04%, sulfur<0.04%, 1 to 3.5% of chromium, 0.1 to 0.5% of nickel, 0.1 to 0.3% of molybdenum, 0.03 to 0.25% of boron, 0.1 to 0.3% of aluminium, 0.1 to 1.2% of cerium, 0.02 to 0.1% of tin, and the balance iron.
