Abstract

The invention discloses a heat-conductive insulating polyamide polyphenylene oxide alloy material. The alloy material comprises the following components by weight: 20-60 parts of PA6; 10-20 parts of PA6T; 10-30 parts of polyphenylene oxide; 3-7 parts of a compatibilizer; 3-15 parts of a graphene-dispersed polymer powder; 5-10 parts of aluminum nitride; 0-10 parts of alumina; 3-7 parts of carbon fibers; 5-10 parts of graphite powder; 0.5-1 part of a silane coupling agent; 0.05-0.3 part of a lubricant and 0.1-0.3 part of an antioxidant. The overall compatibility and heat conductivity are improved by adding the graphene-dispersed polymer powder. Graphene is loaded on the graphene-dispersed polymer powder by using styrene and caprolactam as carriers, so that the graphene-dispersed polymer powder can be used as a compatibilizer for inorganic materials and polymer materials, and heat conductivity of the material can also be improved.
