The hydraulic aeroelastic variable pitch system comprises a wind turbine,a signal obtaining system, a variable pitch control system and a hydraulic executing system. An optical fiber differential pressure sensor is arranged in each wind turbine blade for measuring the displacement differential pressure of the wind turbine blade. The signal obtaining system is arranged in a hub and used for receiving displacement differential pressure signals and conducting encoding treatment. The variable pitch control system and the hydraulic executing system are arranged in a cabin, the variable pitch control system comprises a PAC variable pitch controller used for judging theprocessed signals, RBF neural network control is conducted according to a judgment result, a corresponding control result instruction is sent to the hydraulic executing system, and the hydraulic executing system conducts variable pitch control on the wind turbine blades.
