The device comprises an electrolytic mechanism, a sewage treatment mechanism,at least one water injection well and at least one water sucking well, wherein the electrolytic mechanism comprises a power supply, at least one anode electrode and at least one cathode electrode; theanode electrode and the cathode electrode are respectively connected with the anode of the power supply and the cathode of the power supply; the anode electrode is close to the water injection well;the cathode electrode is close to the water sucking well; both the water injection well and the water sucking well are connected with a sewage treatment mechanism. The invention further relates to a method for repairing heavy metal pollution in soil with in-situ multi-physical field coupling. With the combination of a water power field and an electric power field, soil is repaired, extraction of pollutants which are already adsorbed by an electric field to the anode electrode and the cathode electrode is accelerated by the water power field, and then heavy metals can be removed from soil; on the basis of an in-situ repairing method with multiple physical coupled fields such as electric field-water chemical field-water power field, soil structures and ecological environments of undergroundwater are not damaged, and high repairing efficiency can be achieved.
