The method is applied to a remote site side and may comprise the following steps: receiving n beamsof downlink partial coherent light which is transmitted by a convergent station at an (i-1)th time by a remote station; based on the n beams of downlink partial coherent light transmitted at the (i-1)th time, estimating downlink atmosphere channel characteristic information at the (i-1)th time; and according to the downlink atmosphere channel characteristic information at the (i-1)th time and thedownlink atmosphere channel characteristic information at the (i-2)th time, splitting the uplink service optical signal at the i-th time to n beams of uplink partial coherent light at the i-th time, wherein the i-th uplink service optical signal is divided into the i-th time of n beams of uplink partial coherent light, wherein the i-th time of uplink service optical signal carries the first presetinformation and the i-th time of uplink service information; and transmitting the i-th upward partially coherent beam to the convergence station through the atmospheric channel.
