Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, there are few drugs specially used for the prevention and treatment of radiation skin reactions clinically, and the drug prevention for the treatment of skin diseases is mostly used clinically, such as hormones, vitamins, traditional Chinese medicine and other external ointments, but these drugs are effective in prevention and treatment. The effect of radioactive skin is not obvious, and symptomatic treatment such as stopping radiotherapy, rest and anti-inflammatory treatment is often used to interrupt the treatment, thereby delaying the treatment time and affecting the curative effect

Abstract

The invention discloses chitosan ointment for preventing and treating radiation skin reaction and a preparation process thereof. The chitosan ointment consists of the following components: 0.5 to 5 parts of chitosan, 3 to 13 parts of albolene, 5 to 15 parts of hexadecanol, 11 to 13 parts of glycerinum, 3 to 5 parts of glycerin monostearate, 4 to 8 parts of tween-80, 0.09 to 0.11 part of ethylparaben, and water for sterilization injection. The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding the chitosan, the glycerinum, the ethylparaben and the tween-80 into the water for sterilization injection, heating to 70 to 80 DEG C to prepare a water phase; heating the albolene, the hexadecanol and the glycerin monostearate to 70 to 80 DEG C to obtaine an oil phase; and heating a homogenizing emulsification machine jacketed pot to 65 to 75 DEG C, pumping the oil phase into the homogenizing emulsification machine jacketed pot, starting a homogenizing emulsifier, sucking the water phase into the homogenizing emulsification machine jacketed pot, sucking while emulsifying, emulsifying for 30 to 50 minutes after the water phase is completely sucked, cooling to 50 DEG C or below, thus obtaining the chitosan ointment. By adopting the chitosan ointment, the harm of the radiation skin disease caused by the radiotherapy to the patient can be effectively solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a chitosan cream for preventing and treating radiation skin reaction of patients undergoing radiotherapy and a preparation process thereof. Background technique [0002] Radiotherapy is one of the main treatment methods for malignant tumors. With the increase of the dose of radiotherapy, the skin of the patient's irradiated field will have more or less mild or severe radioactive reactions. The pathogenesis is that the DNA of the nucleus absorbs radiation energy, resulting in reversible or irreversible DNA synthesis and differentiation, which causes a series of skin reactions and damage caused by changes in cell genes. The severity of the damage is related to the nature and amount of radiation and the individual differences of patients. Generally speaking, when the radiation acts on the human body to reach a certain amount, it will cause disease. Studies have shown that erythema can be formed when the skin is exposed to 5GY, e...
