Abstract

The invention discloses a method for simultaneously measuring sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium ion content in a serum electrolyte, and a special standard substance thereof. According to the method, cesium is used as an internal standard, and is added into a standard substance and a serum sample, and then is subjected to microwave digestion mineralization to form an inorganic salt, and measurement is carried out by using a peak area ratio mode of ion chromatography. According to inspection of the method, the recovery rates of four kinds of positive ions in serum are all 99.34%-100.74% by the ion chromatographic method. The serum electrolyte ion chromatographic method is high in precision, high in accuracy, simple and efficient, and capable of simultaneously measuring sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium positive ions, and can be recommended to be used as a candidate reference method for serum electrolyte determination. Meanwhile, the various indexes, such as uniformity, stability, constant value, uncertainty and interconnectivity, of the serum electrolyte candidate standard substance researched and produced in the invention all meet the requirements, so that the candidate standard substance can be applied to the national serum electrolyte standard substance.
