Problems solved by technology

[0005] Clinically, porcine viral diarrhea disease is often in a mixed infection state. The main pathogens are mutant PEDV and TGEV. The clinical symptoms of the two infections are similar, and it is difficult to differentiate diagnosis from clinical symptoms and pathological changes.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of detection of animal infectious diseases, and provides a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection primer and probe for identifying variant PEDV and variantTGEV. According to a variant porcine epidemic diarrhea virus N gene, a pair of detection primers and probes are designed, and the sequence of the primers is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1-3. According to aporcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus S gene, a pair of detection primers and probes are designed, and the sequence of the primers is as shown in SEQID NO.4-6. According to the primers and the probes, a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method capable of quickly identifying the variant PEDV and the variant TGEV can be established. The method does not generate a nonspecific reaction withother common pig-derived pathogens. Through the adoption of the method disclosed by the invention, quick identification and diagnosis can be performed in a short time, time, labor and cost can be saved, besides, the method has the characteristics of being high in specificity, good in stability and high in sensitivity, and the method is especially suitable for identification and diagnosis of mixedinfection samples clinically.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention provides a group of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection primers and probes for identifying mutant PEDV and TGEV, and belongs to the field of animal epidemiology detection. Background technique [0002] Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) and porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) are the main pathogens that cause viral diarrhea in pigs. The main clinical symptoms of infected piglets are diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration, and pigs of all ages can be infected. Because the symptoms, pathological changes, and epidemiology caused by the two are very similar, and they are often mixed infections, it is difficult to differential diagnosis based on clinical symptoms and histopathology alone. In recent years, due to its strong infectivity and high mortality rate, it has caused immeasurable economic losses to the pig breeding industry and seriously troubled the development of the pig industry. [0003] PEDV is a linea...
