Embodiment 1

[0092] Implementation examples of GC-Q-Orbitrap screening and confirmation technology for more than 600 pesticides in cabbage, including the following steps;

[0093] 1. Specific steps of sample pretreatment technology:

[0094] 1.1 Take the edible part of the head cabbage sample, chop it up, mix it evenly, seal it, and mark it;

[0095] 1.2 Weigh 10g of cabbage sample (accurate to 0.01g), add 40mL of 1% acetic acid acetonitrile into a 100mL centrifuge tube, use a high-speed homogenizer at 10000r / min, homogenize and extract for 1min, add 1g of sodium chloride, 4g of no Magnesium sulfate in water, shaken for 10 min, centrifuged at 4200 r / min for 5 min, took 20 mL of the supernatant, concentrated it to about 1 mL by rotary evaporation in a water bath at 40 °C, and waited for purification.

[0096] 1.3 Use CarbonNH2 column, add about 2cm high anhydrous sodium sulfate to Carbon / NH2 column. Rinse the SPE column with 5mL acetonitrile + toluene (3+1, v / v) first, and discard the eff...

Abstract

The invention discloses an electronic identity database and a detection method of pesticide compounds in edible agricultural products based on a GC-Q-Orbitrap. The electronic identity database contains an information collection of electronic identity cards for a plurality of pesticide compounds and is ordered according to the retention time in the electronic identity cards. The electronic identitycard includes pesticide compound information, retention time, mass spectrum, and fragment ion information and a smart matching value. The detection method comprises the steps of sample pretreatment,GC-Q-Orbitrap operating condition setting and pesticide residue screening process in the sample. The GC-Q-Orbitrap operating condition setting comprises the step of setting appropriate chromatographicconditions and mass spectrometry conditions. The pesticide screening process comprises the steps of: first using the retention time to find a pesticide compound in the electronic identity database, and if matched, extracting information of a corresponding electronic identity card; and then comparing the smart matching value, and if less than a threshold, recording and displaying the result to complete the screening.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention designs an electronic identity database and detection method of pesticide compounds in edible agricultural products based on GC-Q-Orbitrap. The invention can realize non-target, multi-indicator and rapid screening for more than 600 pesticide residues in various edible agricultural products. Background technique [0002] As early as 1976, the World Health Organization (WHO), the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) jointly established the Global Environment Monitoring System / Food Project (Global Environment Monitoring System, GEMS / Food), aiming to master member states The status of food contamination, understanding the intake of food contaminants, protecting human health and promoting trade development. Now, all countries in the world have raised food safety to the strategic position of national security. Pesticide residue limit is one of the food safety standards and also the entry thr...
