Abstract

The immature strobili of the glyptostrobus cottage plant at the Pingyao Town, Yuhang District, Zhejiang Province is taken as the starting material, the endosperm thereof and the immature embryo are stripped after surface disinfection, the glyptostrobus plant sexual progeny is quickly cultivated through the embryo culture technology,a large number of glyptostrobus seedlings can be acquired within short time. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the glyptostrobus sexual progeny sward is acquired by culturing the immature embryo with endosperm of the glyptostrobus for 30 days, the current status that the glyptostrobus is mainly propagated through the cottage is improved, and the glyptostrobus seedling cultivating speed is accelerated. The method disclosed by the invention is strong in operability, simple and efficient, low in pollution rate, and has significance in protecting the rare or endangeredspecies in the world and quickly cultivating the nursery stock.
