Abstract

The separation method comprises the steps that alcohol extraction is conducted on the ganoderma lucidum, and obtained ganoderma lucidum alcohol extracts are eluted through specific chromatography to obtain the component with the auxiliary blood fat reducing effect. The component with the auxiliary blood fat reducing effect can significantly inhibit the content of TC and TG of mice, and the content of HDL-C is significantly increased. The component which is obtained after separation and purification and has the auxiliary blood fat reducing effect is obviously superior to the alcohol extracts without separation and purification or other purified collected samples in blood fat reducing.
