The preparation method of the chlorine-containing disinfectant comprises the following process steps of adding the nitrotriphosphonic acid-N-potassium oxide, the cetyl sodium sulfonate, the dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid and the sodium hydroxide into deionized water; performing uniform mixing; adding sodium hypochlorite; performinguniform mixing; performing still standing sedimentation; then performing filtering to obtain the chlorine-containing disinfectant.
