Abstract

The invention discloses a method for simultaneously detecting multiple types of persistent organic pollutants in a water body. The persistent organic pollutants comprise polychlorinated biphenyl, polybrominated diphenyl ethers and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon. The method comprises the following steps: (1) sample pre-treatment is conducted, specifically, a to-be-detected water sample is taken to be filtered, standard substitutions and internal standard substances of the persistent organic pollutants are added to be evenly mixed, and a pretreated water sample is obtained; (2) solid-phase extraction is conducted, specifically, the pretreated water sample is guided into a solid-phase extraction column to be subjected to solid-phase extraction, and the solid-phase extraction column is driedand eluted through eluents, namely n-hexane and acetone; (3) purification is conducted, specifically, dried eluate is purified through a Florisil column; (4) gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined detection is conducted; and (5) the content of the persistent organic pollutants is calculated.
