The obtained flexoelectric electrets has an extremely high flexoelectric effect, it is proved that the effect is linearly related to the charge intensity and thickness of a sample, and the electrets is controllable; and the material preparation method is simple, large-scale production is easy to realize, and the method can be applied to the fields including energy capturing, flexible sensors, artificial skin and self-power equipment.
