Abstract

The invention discloses a flexible single-stage two-catalyst hydrocracking process. Raw oil and hydrogen are mixed and then enter a hydrocracking reactor, and a material passing through an upper hydrogenation pretreatment catalyst and a hydrocracking catalyst bed layer is divided into two streams; one material stream is separated through a gas-liquid separator, and obtained liquid is pumped out ofthe hydrocracking reactor, mixed with hydrogen and then subjected to a hydroisomerization cracking reaction; the other stream which is a gas-liquid mixture flows downwards through a single-stage hydrocracking catalyst bed layer at the lower part; and an obtained single-stage hydrocracking reaction product and an obtained hydroisomerization cracking reaction product are subjected to gas-liquid separation and fractionation separately to obtain distillate oil and tail oil products with different specifications. The invention provides the single-stage hydrocracking process for simultaneously producing distillate oil and tail oil of two different specifications on a set of hydrogenation equipment for the first time, heat carried by part of cracked materials can be fully utilized, and couplingoperation of a single-stage two-catalyst hydrocracking reactor and a hydroisomerization cracking reactor can be realized.
