Abstract

Embodiments of the invention provide a system and a method for treating black and smelly water body. The system comprises a water inlet tank, an ozone generator, at least one oxidation tower, an MABRreactor, a water outlet tank and a tail gas destruction device. The system provided by the invention combines a catalytic ozonation device with a membrane aeration bioreactor (MABR), thereby not onlyeffectively degrading pollutants in the black and smelly water body, but also realizing secondary utilization of resources, and achieving effects of saving energy and reducing waste water treatment costs.
