Abstract

The invention relates to a rapid digestion and enrichment measurement method of trace arsenic in soil. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of a digestion solution; (2) preparation of a reducing agent; (3) preparation of sulfhydryl paper; (4) preparation of a soil digestion solution enrichment device; (5) soil digestion; (6) sulfhydryl paper enrichment; and (7) measurement: 1) mounting a circular piece of mercury bromide test paper in a main bottleneck cover of an arsenic determinator; 2) inserting a reverse rubber plug in a branch bottleneck of the arsenic determinator;3) placing the enriched sulfhydryl paper in the arsenic determinator, and covering the main bottleneck cover; 4) injecting concentrated hydrochloric acid from the rubber plug of the branch bottleneck;5) heating the arsenic determinator in a water bath of 50-55 DEG C for 5min, and shaking the arsenic determinator from time to time; 6) taking out the arsenic determinator, injecting a reducing agentsolution from the rubber plug of the branch bottleneck, and placing for 30min; and 7) taking out the mercury bromide test paper, and performing color comparison with a standard color palette to determine the arsenic content in the sample. No large instrument is used in the whole measurement process, the operation can be performed in ordinary laboratories and by individuals, and the rapid digestion and enrichment measurement method is particularly suitable for the early warning and prompting of arsenic contamination in the soil.
