The optimal anti-arsenic additive is magnesium salt; thearsenic poisoning resistance of the catalyst can be well improved by the synergistic effect of Mg and As; besides, and the influence of component addition on a temperature window and the activity is greatly avoided.

The invention discloses an arsenic removal method through combination of oxychlorination, ferric salt flocculation and microfiltration, which is used for removing arsenic in drinking water and comprises the following steps: adding ferric oxychloride and ferric salt into a flocculation reactor, providing certain flocculation action in an aeration or mechanical stirring manner, and oxidizing arsenic (III) into arsenic (V) by means of the oxychlorination agent; and meanwhile, enabling the hydrolysate of the ferric salt and arsenic (V) in raw water to form floccules, and separating by using a hollow fiber membrane to achieve the purpose of removing the arsenic. The arsenic removal method has the following benefits: a right amount of oxychlorination agent and ferric salt are added into an arsenic-containing water source, so that the residual arsenic and ferric content in the treated water can meet the requirements of sanitary standards for drinking water, thus being of great importance in reducing the incidence rate of drinking water type arsenic poisoning in China. A hollow fiber microfiltration membrane assembly can be designed into a fixed type or a mobile type as required, and the design scale can be flexibly selected so as to be applicable to emergent water supply for rural and remote regions and field water supply or emergency.

The invention relates to briquette coal for reducing fluorine and arsenic pollution in a stone coal combustion region, and provides a manufacturing method of fluorine fixation and arsenic fixation briquette coal applicable to the stone coal combustion region. The briquette coal is prepared from the following ingredients: 1, charred amomum (or anthracite); 2, ordinary blocky stone coal; 3, fluorine fixation and arsenic fixation additives; 4, clay, wherein the additives are lime powder and powdery slimy stone coal. Through in-field evidence and scientific experiment, the condition that the indoor air pollution in the southern part of Shanxi is the real source of fluorine poisoning and arsenic poisoning is deducted. Through household survey and questionnaire analysis, the briquette coal proportion capable of meeting the people's living needs and reducing the coal consumption pollution is found. For the optimal proportion scheme, the fluorine and arsenic release factor is averagely and respectively reduced by 45 percent and 72 percent; the concentration of fluorine, sulfur dioxide and ammonia gas in the air is respectively reduced by 34.1 percent, 96.47 percent and 92.51 percent. The briquette coal is directly and successfully manufactured in a briquette coal plant; the materials are easily obtained; the cost is low; the briquette coal is easy to popularize. The briquette coal has good experiment effects in farmer homes and can be widely applied to residential stoves in the stone coal combustion region.
