The treatment method comprises the following steps: adopting calcium carbonate for calcifying the wastewater, turning acetic acid in the wastewater into calcium acetate, turning sulfuric acid into calcium sulfate, and filtering, thereby acquiring a calcium sulfate-containing filter cake and a calcium acetate aqueous solution; performing MVR treatment on the calcium acetate aqueous solution, thereby acquiring a calcium acetate suspension; filtering the calcium acetate suspension, thereby acquiring a calcium acetate-containing filter cake and a filtrate; crystalizing and drying the filtrate, thereby acquiring calcium acetate; mixing the calcium acetate with the calcium acetate-containing filter cake, thereby acquiring a calcium acetate solid; thermally cracking the calcium acetate solid, thereby generating acetone and calcium carbonate; reusing calcium carbonate for calcifying the wastewater; performing thermal desorption treatment on the calcium sulfate-containing filter cake; guiding water vapor containing organic matters generated from thermal desorption treatment, water vapor containing organic matters generated from MVR treatment and water vapor generated by crystalizing and drying to enter into an oxygen cracking device for deep purification.
