Photoelectric sensors are used for sensing equipment, detecting and positioning objects, andcontrolling the overturning of aluminum ingots. The overturned aluminum ingots are arranged in a row on a palletizing table; and after a PLC receives a signal of completing the palletizing of a layerof aluminum ingots, the PLC controls a servo driver to start a palletizing mechanical arm and a servo motor, so that the layer of aluminum ingots is grabbed and transported to a laser marking and transferring caterpillar track.
