Problems solved by technology

However, in the waste incineration flue gas purification process, a large amount of slaked lime is sprayed into the dry deacidification process to increase the content of calcium oxide in the fly ash, resulting in an increase in the melting point temperature, and the energy consumption of the fly ash treated by plasma melting t

Abstract

The invention provides a waste incineration fly ash plasma fusing method. The method at least comprises the following steps that step 1), a fusing additive is added into to-be-fused fly ash so as to obtain a fusing mixture; and step 2), fusion treatment is carried out on the fusing mixture so as to obtain a fusing glass body. The fusing additive comprises quartz sand, Al2O3, ZrO2 and boric acid. SiO2 and Al2O3 in quartz sand serve as a forming body of a network structure of a fusing glass body, ZrO2 serves as a nucleating agent, so that the surface crystallization is converted into the overallcrystallization under the action of an induced phase splitting mechanism of the glass body, and the boric acid is used as a fluxing agent to form a low eutectic point with the to-be-fused fly ash, sothat the fusing temperature of the to-be-fused fly ash is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for plasma melting of waste incineration fly ash, a melting additive used in the method and its corresponding formula. Background technique [0002] There are three main methods of waste disposal: sanitary landfill, composting and incineration. Compared with sanitary landfill and composting, waste incineration can better realize the harmlessness, reduction and resource utilization of waste disposal. Currently, Singapore, Japan, Denmark and Switzerland account for more than 70% of the total waste incineration. As of 2017, more than 300 domestic waste incineration power plants have been built and put into operation in my country, and the national incineration capacity is 304,000 t / d; it is estimated that by 2020, the waste incineration capacity will be 590,000 t / d, accounting for 300,000 t / d of total waste treatment. More than 50% of the amount. After incineration of domestic waste, a large amount of fly ash will be pr...
