Abstract

The invention discloses application of ZNF74 protein as a gastric cancer serum biomarker and a kit thereof. The kit comprises ZNF74 protein coated on an enzyme label plate, 0U / ml of standard serum I, 100 U / mL of standard serum II, an enzyme labeling reagent, an enzyme substrate solution, a confining solution, a sample diluent, a cleaning solution, and a stopping solution. According to the invention, an anti-ZNF74 immunoglobulin G antibody is used as a gastric cancer serum biomarker to realize the high specificity. The kit has advantages of sensitive detection, high safety, and simple operation and can be applied to measure the level of the immunoglobulin G antibody for the protein ZNF74 in the human serum quantitatively to reflect the level of the ZNF74 protein, thereby diagnosing the gastric cancer.
