The method has the beneficial effects that 1) the process is simple, and the product cost is low; 2) the obtained positive electrode material has a rich hole structure and ion and electron transport channels, the conductivity of the material can be improved, and the loss of the polysulfide compound can be effectively inhibited, the stability of the electrode material is remarkably improved, and the electrochemical performance is improved; and 4) the adsorption and catalysis of the polysulfide compound are achieved by utilizing the synergistic effect of the iron carbide and the iron-nitrogen compound, and the catalytic action can be used for accelerating the reaction dynamics of the lithium-sulfur battery, so that the transition of the soluble polysulfide compound to insoluble sulfide is accelerated, and the shuttle effectis greatly inhibited.

The preparation method comprises the steps that a one-pot method is adopted, triaminopropyl-triethoxysilane is reduced with sodium ascorbate at room temperature, and water-soluble silicon quantum dots are obtained; the water-soluble silicon quantum dots and chlorin e6 (Ce6) are mixed and subjected to standing at the room temperature under the lucifugal condition, and a silicon quantum dot and chlorin e6 composite material is obtained. The composite material emits fluorescence with the wavelength of 430 nm-580 nm and the wavelength of 640 nm-680 nm under the fluorescence excitation of 410 nm, and active oxygen radicals can specifically quench fluorescence of silicon quanta and basically have no influence on fluorescence of Ce6. Therefore, the composite material can serve as a ratio-type nano silicon quantum dot fluorescence probe to be used for detecting the content of hydroxyl radicals (-OH), rapidness and high efficiency are achieved, the specificity is high, the sensitivity is high, the probe is used for in-vivo cell imaging, the biocompatibility is good, and the visual degree is high.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding TiCl4 to tetrahydrofuran suspension containing zinc powder, stirring, refluxing and cooling to obtain mixed solution; (2) dissolving benzophenone and 4-hydroxy-benzophenone in tetrahydrofuran and adding dropwise to the mixed solution prepared in step (1); refluxing; until the reaction is complete, quenching with water and extracting the aqueous layer with CH2Cl2; drying the organic layer, drying with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and obtaining white solid by column chromatography; (3) dissolving the white solid synthesized in step (2), 4-chloromethylstyrene and potassium carbonate in acetonitrile solvent, heating and stirring; after completion of the reaction, filtering to obtain filtrate, drying and obtaining the white solid by column chromatography. The fluorescent probe is mild in reaction conditions of the synthesis method and easy to be purified, and high in synthesis yield. In addition the fluorescent probe contains carbon-carbon double bond at the molecular tail, and is easy to modify afterwards.

The carbide is molybdenum carbide or tungstencarbide, wherein the molybdenum carbide is Mo2C and/or MoC, and the tungsten carbide is W2C and/or WC; the carbide is used as a carrier of the catalyst; and precious metal, which is one or more selected from a group consisting of metal palladium, metal platinum or metal gold, is used as an active component of the catalyst. The preparation method for the catalyst is an impregnation method, a coprecipitation method, a deposition-precipitation method or a sol-gel method. The invention also provides the application of the catalyst to direct synthesis of hydrogen peroxide from oxyhydrogen. The catalyst integrates the characteristics of both the precious metal and the carbide, especially the precious metal-like properties of molybdenum carbide and tungsten carbide, and the carbide is used for catalytic preparation of hydrogen peroxide, so the loading amount of the precious metal in the catalyst is reduced.
