The main capacitor, the wave head adjusting resistor, a wave tail adjusting resistor, a primary storage capacitor and a controllable trigger switch form a primary microsecond pulse loop to generate wavefront-adjustable microsecond pulse wave; the primary storage capacitor, a steepening switch, a secondary storage capacitor, and a wave modulation resistor form a secondary nanosecond pulse output loop to output a high-voltage nanosecond pulse wave; according to the capacitance value of a load inlet, a proper wave adjusting resistor is selected and frequency domain distribution of the output pulse is adjusted. The circuit has advantages of large output pulse spectrum range and high voltage; and the first-end voltage pulse frequency spectrum range of the converter transformer is large and the distribution is uniform. The amplitude of the output voltage can be controlled via the input. The circuit is suitable for the high-voltage pulse generator of the transformer time domain characteristics measurement.
