The process comprises the following steps: firstly, crushing recycled waste corrugated cardboardsinto small blocks through a crushing machine to obtain small block-shaped waste paper blocks; uniformly spreading the obtained small block-shaped waste paper blocks on two pieces of corrugated papercoated with environment-friendly adhesives, and performing machine treatment to make the waste paper blocks basically smooth to obtain middle corrugated paper; making the obtained middle corrugated paper pass through an extruder, integrating the surface paper, the paper blocks and the adhesives to obtain an integrated paperboard; and calendering the obtained integrated paperboard through a calendering roller to obtain a calendered corrugated paperboard.
