Problems solved by technology

[0006] The eucommia gum prepared by the organic solvent method has a disadvantage: the eucommia gum prepared by it is in the form of agglomerated block (agglomerated block), which changes the existing morphology of eucommia collagen
In addition, the eucommia gum prepared by this method may contain residual organic solvents and can only be used as industrial raw materials, which greatly limits the use of eucommia gum

Embodiment 1

[0073] Embodiment 1. A kind of method of Eucommia ulmoides seed skin coarse glue aqueous solution purification prepares eucommia fine glue, carries out according to the following steps:

[0074] a. Using ulmoides samara seed skin as raw material, using biological enzymes to hydrolyze the plant tissue to extract the solid residue of eucommia natural medicinal components, which is eucommia crude gum;

[0075] b. Use biological enzymes to deeply and finely degrade the Eucommia crude gum to remove the residual cell wall on the Eucommia crude gum; first, add 3% pectinase at 45°C under the optimal pH condition for pectinase activation , agitate pectinase to biodegrade residual pectin, loosen the glue-containing cells that are still adhered by pectin, and expose the cell wall in aqueous solution; use hemicellulose with similar pH enzymatic properties to cellulase, and cellulase Simultaneous activation in the same pH citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution to make a mixed enzymolys...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing fine gutta percha by purification of an aqueous solution of coarse gutta percha originated from eucommia seed coats. The method is performed through thefollowing steps: a, with eucommia samara seed coats as a raw material, hydrolyzing plant tissue with a biological enzyme, and extracting a solid residue so as to obtain coarse gutta percha; b, subjecting the coarse gutta percha to deep and fine degradation with the biological enzyme so as to remove cell walls remained on the coarse gutta percha; c, after the cell walls are removed, adding a wetting surfactant; d, after the wetting surfactant is added, carrying out ultrasonic treatment until residual eucommia plant tissue fragments are peeled off from coarse gutta percha; and e, after ultrasonic treatment is completed and the cell walls are removed, heating the obtained coarse gutta percha in a water bath at a temperature of 65 to 85 DEG C, and carrying out stirring until the gutta percha is loosely and stretchably dispersed in an aqueous solution so as to release the residual eucommia plant tissue fragments which are wrapped in micelles and are peeled off. The fine gutta percha prepared by using the method provided by the invention is in the form of natural loose silk floc, is free of any organic solvents and chemicals, and is extensively used without limitation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing eucommia fine gum, in particular to a method for preparing eucommia fine gum by purifying an aqueous solution of eucommia ulmoides seed bark crude gum. Background technique [0002] Gutta gum, known internationally as Gutta-Percha (Gutta-Percha or Chinese Gutta-Percha) or Balata, is an isomer of natural clover rubber, which is trans-polyisoprene alkene. Among them, the Eucommia gum distribution in Eucommia leaves is 2-4% of dry weight, 8-12% in mature fruit, 6-10% in stem bark, 10-12% in root bark, and 10-12% in seed bark. The middle reaches 12~18%. It is most economical to produce eucommia gum with seed skin as raw material. At present, the preparation method of eucommia gum mainly uses biological enzymes to degrade plant tissues in a targeted manner, and after the natural product of high biological activity medicine is dissolved out, the remaining solid residue is rich in original ecological natural e...
