Abstract

The invention provides printed cloth drying equipment and a drying method thereof. The drying equipment comprises a drying box body, and a conveying mesh belt, porous air deflectors, an exhaust fan and a heat pump host which are arranged in the drying box body, wherein the drying box body comprises a drying chamber and an equipment room; an air supply channel and an air return channel are arrangedbetween the drying chamber and the equipment room and communicate with each other. A plurality of air holes are formed in the porous air deflectors; the conveying mesh belt is arranged among the plurality of porous air deflectors in a surrounding manner; the drying chamber is provided with a feeding port and a discharging port, the printed cloth enters the drying chamber from the feeding port, isconveyed by the conveying mesh belt and is guided out of the drying chamber from the discharging port, the feeding port and the discharging port are each provided with a sealing structure, and the heat pump host and the exhaust fan are located in the equipment room. The problems that an existing printed cloth drying technology is not environmentally friendly, high in energy consumption and low inefficiency are solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of printed cloth production tools, and in particular relates to a printed cloth drying device and a drying method thereof. Background technique [0002] The traditional printing drying technology has not paid much attention to the waste gas treatment of printing drying. The waste gas generated during the drying process is directly discharged into the surrounding environment, causing serious pollution and causing great harm to the surrounding environment and the health of the staff. According to the survey, printing drying exhaust gas not only contains particulate matter, oil fume, VOCs and other components, but also often has a pungent smell. [0003] The traditional printing drying technology generally uses boiler steam, oil, natural gas, biomass charcoal, etc. as heat sources, and the energy conversion rate is low. During the working process, it produces dust, S02, CO2 and other environmentally unfriendly products, ...
