Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a strain sensor. The method comprises the steps: preparing a graphene strain layer with a polyimide (PI) tape serving as a mask, and transferring the graphene strain layer to a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrate through the self-assembly process; and then, manufacturing an electrode and carrying out packaging to obtain the graphene strain sensor. Compared with the prior art, the strain sensor has higher strain capacity and higher sensitivity factor, is simpler in preparation process and has a wider application prospect; and since the raw materials are easy to obtain and the production cost is low, the method can be widely applied to the field of wearable electronic devices.
