According to the aluminum electrolytic capacitor of the invention, long-carbon-chain ammonium carboxylate is added into a traditional ethylene glycol system to serve as a main solute, a novel branched-chain ammonium dicarboxylate is added into the traditional ethyleneglycol system to serve as a second solute, and a high-molecular polymer containing a plurality of polar groups is properly added into the electrolyte to serve as an additive, so that the sparking voltage of the capacitor can be improved, and the service life of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor can be prolonged.
