Abstract

The invention discloses a production method of isopropyl-beta-D-thiogalactopyranoside. The method includes the following steps: dissolving 13g of 2-bromopropane in 200g of dichloromethane according toweight ratio, adding 8g of thiourea, keeping the temperature at 30 DEG C, and reacting for 5 hours; adding 40g of beta-D-galactose pentaacetate, and reducing the temperature to 5-10 DEG C; adding 20gof concentrated sulfuric acid at a preset speed, keeping heat preservation reaction for N hours after the addition, adding clear water for washing, and then using a sodium bicarbonate solution for washing to neutrality; and drying with anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtering, and preforming alcoholysis to obtain the isopropyl-beta-D-thiogalactopyranoside.
