The micro-fluidic chip comprises a chip substrate; the chip substrate is provided with a sampleinjection hole and a plurality of sampling holes; the sampling injection hole is located in the center of the chip substrate, wherein the sample injection hole communicates with at least two groups of multistage flow channels, each group of multistage flow channel comprises a main flow channel, a first branch flow channel and a plurality of second branch flow channels; one end of the main flow channel communicates with the sample injection hole, and the other end of the main flow channel communicates with the first branch flow channel; and the plurality of second branch flow channel are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the first branch flow channel, one end of each of the plurality of second branch flow channels communicates with the first branch flow channel, the other end of eachof the second branch flow channels is connected with at least one of the sampling holes, and each of the sampling holes communicates with one of the second branch flow channels.
