Proper amounts of the dry sludge and ferric sulfate are taken and mixed, and the obtained mixture is dried in a 60 DEG C environment for 22-26 h; the obtained mixture is placed in a sludge pyrolyzing furnace, and undergoes air-isolated pyrolysis 400-850 DEG C for 2-3 h, and then the obtained product is naturally cooled; and the obtained product is ground and filtered to obtain an iron-activated sludge-based adsorbent.
