Abstract

The invention relates to a photovoltaic-grade ink composition and a patterned transparent packaging backboard for an ink-jet printing process. The ink composition comprises matrix resin, color paste,an adhesion promoter, an interface conditioning agent, an ink auxiliary agent, a curing agent, a diluent and a compatibilizer. The ink composition has the characteristics of long-acting stability, high pigment content, functionalized matrix components and the like; a prepared reflective coating has relatively good reflectivity and weather resistance, is suitable for an ink-jet printing process, and overcomes the problems that conventional ink is large in particle size and prone to adhering to cavity in flowing state or layering and crystallization are prone to happening under condition that external factors fluctuate, pigment and filler are agglomerated and dissociated and separated out, and consequently spray head is prone to being blocked are solved, the interface affinity and matching performance of the coating and packaging adhesive films such as EVA and POE are optimized, the bonding strength between the adhesive films with non-polar components and the coating is remarkably improved, and the requirement for the bonding performance between the coating and the adhesive films can be met even if no external corona or plasma treatment procedure is applied.
