The process comprises the following steps: 1) selecting of raw materials: selecting corn, sorghum, wheat and sweet potatoes; 2) pretreatment: removing shells or skins of the raw materials, and crushing the raw materials to obtain crushed materials; 3) grain wetting: soaking the crushed materials with warm water to obtain wetted crushed materials; 4) starch extraction: putting the wetted crushed materials and water into a reaction tank for extraction, centrifugally filtering an obtained extracting solution, and taking the precipitate as a mixed material; 5) cooking; and (6) preparation of yeast for making hard liquor: crushing barley, wheat and peas, adding water, stirring, inoculating saccharomycetes, rhizopus oryzae, aspergillus and bacteria, and finally shaping to obtain the yeast for making hard liquor; 7) yeast mixing and fermentation: adding yeast into the mixed material and performing fermentation; and 8) distillation: performing distillation of fermented grains produced by fermentation to obtain raw wine.
