Abstract

The invention relates to an ultralow-temperature-resistant environment-friendly two-component polyurethane adhesive and preparation and application thereof. The ultralow-temperature-resistant environment-friendly two-component polyurethane adhesive is prepared by mixing and blending a component A and a component B. The component A is an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer, and the isocyanate group content of the component A is 40-70%; and the component B comprises polypropylene carbonate polyol, a polytetrahydrofuran polyol modifier, vegetable oil polyol, a cross-linking agent, a catalyst, a latent curing agent, an adhesion promoter, a filler and a thixotropic agent. The ultralow-temperature-resistant environment-friendly two-component polyurethane adhesive is applied to adhesionof polyurethane foam and glass fiber reinforced plastic of a heat insulation box body for an LNG ship and is high in curing speed, high in peel strength, excellent in ultralow temperature resistanceand hydrolysis resistance and more environment-friendly.
