Embodiment 1

[0025] A kind of outdoor artificial seedling raising method of golden tabby, comprises the following steps:

[0026] (1) Seedling preparation: select an outdoor pond, introduce seawater through a water pipe, the water pipe diameter is about 25cm, a pretreatment layer is provided in the water pipe, the pretreatment layer is about 40cm away from the water pipe inlet, and the pretreatment layer is filled with 1.6 kg peanut shell powder, 0.4kg chitosan, import in the outdoor pond through strainer at last;

[0027] (2) Cultivate in stages:

[0028] In the first stage, control the water depth from 1 to 1.4m (the water depth is 1m on the first day, and increase it by 0.02-0.03m every day until 1.4m from the next day). The newly hatched larvae of the golden tiger spot were put into the outdoor pond, and on the 1st to 15th days, they were fed with powdered feed, which was prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 9 parts of soybean meal, 1.3 parts of spirulina powd...

Embodiment 2

[0031] The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that

[0032] Described pretreatment layer is filled with 1kg peanut shell powder, 0.5kg chitosan;

[0033] The powdered feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 parts of soybean meal, 1.2 parts of spirulina powder, 0.8 parts of antimicrobial peptide, 5 parts of betel leaf extract, and 3 parts of mango leaf extract;

[0034] The fermented feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 parts of corn cobs, 3 parts of coconut meal, 1.4 parts of lactic acid bacteria, 4 parts of cellulase, 9 parts of Eucheuma, and 13 parts of bamboo rat feces.

Embodiment 3

[0036] The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that

[0037] Described pretreatment layer is filled with 1.8kg peanut shell powder, 0.3kg chitosan;

[0038] The powdered feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of soybean meal, 1.5 parts of spirulina powder, 1.2 parts of antimicrobial peptide, 7 parts of betel leaf extract, and 5 parts of mango leaf extract;

[0039] The fermented feed is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of corncobs, 5 parts of coconut meal, 1.8 parts of lactic acid bacteria, 6 parts of cellulase, 13 parts of Eucheuma, and 17 parts of bamboo rat feces.

Abstract

The invention provides an outdoor artificial fry rearing method of Epinephelus tukula-Epinephelus fuscoguttatus hybrid grouper. The method includes the following steps: (1) the step of fry rearing preparation, namely the step of selecting an outdoor pond, introducing seawater through a water pipe, the water pipe being provided with a preprocessing layer and the preprocessing layer being filled with peanut hull powder and chitosan, and guiding the peanut hull powder and the chitosan into the outdoor pond through a filter screen; and (2) the step of phased cultivation, namely the step of, at thefirst phase, controlling the depth of water at 1-1.4 m, putting the newly hatched larvae of Epinephelus tukula-Epinephelus fuscoguttatus hybrid grouper into the outdoor pond, on the 1st-15th day, andfeeding powder feed, wherein the raw materials of the powder feed include soybean meal, spirulina powder, antibacterial peptide, a mango leaf extract and a betel leaf extract; and at the second phase, on the 16th-35th day, controlling the depth of the water at 1.5-2.5 m, and feeding fermented feed, wherein the raw materials of the fermented feed include corncob, coconut meal, lactic acid bacteria, cellulase and bamboo rat feces. Therefore, the fries of the Epinephelus tukula-Epinephelus fuscoguttatus hybrid grouper can be high in survival rate and low in coefficient of variation, and specifications of the fries accord with requirements; and the fries are strong in temperature resistance and can resist changes of water temperatures, so that breeding demands at more regions can be met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of grouper seedling raising, in particular to an outdoor artificial seedling raising method for golden tiger grouper. Background technique [0002] The brown-spotted grouper, Epinephelus fuscoguttatus, belongs to the order Perciformes, Scorpidae, and the genus Grouper. It is also known as tiger spot and brown-spotted grouper. It is distributed in the Red Sea, the east coast of Africa in the Indian Ocean to the Pacific Polynesia, and the Ryukyu Islands in the North. South to Australia, Taiwan Island, South China Sea Islands, Penghu Islands and other sea areas, the habitat depth is 1-60 meters, and the body length can reach 120 cm. It belongs to warm water nearshore and coral reef fish, and lives in coral reefs and lagoons with clear water quality. Carnivorous, feeds on fish, cephalopods, and crustaceans, and can be used as food fish, farmed fish, and ornamental fish. Brown-spotted grouper eats ferociously an...
