Abstract

The invention provides a production method of environment-friendly polyvinyl chloride resin. The method is implemented by adopting a DCS (Distributed Control System) to control the following steps: a)adding 100 parts by mass of a vinyl chloride monomer, 60-90 parts by mass of deionized water, 0.01-0.2 part by mass of an initiator and 1-4 parts by mass of an emulsifier into a dispersion tank, andperforming homogenizing for 50-80min at normal temperature; b) adding the homogenized mixture into a polymerization kettle, performing heating to 40-55DEG C, and carrying out polymerization reaction by adopting a micro-suspension polymerization process to obtain latex; c) at the end of the polymerization reaction, adding 0.01-2 parts of an environment-friendly nonionic surfactant to adjust the viscosity of the latex; d) adding 0.01-0.1 part of a buffer agent to adjust the pH value; e) performing spray drying on the latex to obtain the environment-friendly polyvinyl chloride resin. The polyvinyl chloride resin produced by the method passes SVHC (REACH substances of very high concern detection) and heavy metal and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon detection, and meets the requirements of downstream manufacturers for resin environmental protection.
