A special plate of the bacterial corrosion resistant continuous pipe comprises the following chemical components including, by mass, 0.02%-0.06% of C, 0.15%-0.30% of Si, 0.4%-0.8% of Mn, not larger than 0.01% of P, not larger than 0.005% of S, 1.0%- 3.0% of Cu, 0.4%-0.6%of Cr, 0.1%-0.25% of Ni, 0.2%-0.5% of Mo, 0.01%-0.04% of Ti, 0.02%-0.06% of Nb, not larger than 0.02% of Re and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities. By adding more copper and adopting special heat treatment, precipitated phases (epsilon-Cu) of the copper are uniformly and dispersedly distributed in a matrix of the pipe, and copper ions dissolved out of the surface of the pipe are in contact with bacteria in a service process to cause death of the bacteria, so that the problem of bacterial corrosion of the pipe in the underground service process is solved.
